Li-ion-Technology ISIT

This exhibit shows sthe structure of a Li-ion battery cell in the ISIT technology. Shown is the structure of the individual components anode, separator and cathode, which are laminated together to a double sandwich ("Bicell"). After welding the connection tabs and packaging in pouch foil, a beattery cell is created. Introduced as standard at ISIT, this technology allows the production of customized cells with variable geometry, size and cell chemistry.
